Pale straw with greenish reflections. Characteristic delicate fruit on the nose. Exotic, lemony-scented Vermentino exhibits fresh, ripe fruit as well as a medium-bodied roundness on the palate. A pleasingly palatable combination can be made with the following dishes: Pates with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, gorgonzola and pine nuts, citrus tarragon chicken or pork medallions with Dijonmustard cream sauce.
