Sierra Grande Merlot 75cl (case of 6), Central Val/Chili, Merlot, (Rotwein)

Restrained and elegant with fresh bramble fruit flavours and hints of dark Schokolade and spice, well-balanced with smooth tannins. This is a lovely example of cooler-climate Merlot and an excellent food wine, very much in a Bordelaise style. Great food wine, serve with a juicy steak, savoury lamb casseroles, herby sausages or a char-grilled vegetable lasagne.
