On the nose, the `Maximin` Riesling has a playful fruit aroma. Green apple, a touch of raspberry and elegant citric notes combine with subtle elderflower hints. On the palate are ripe citrus fruit and yellow stone fruit flavours, with slate spice nuances and a defined, characteristically Mosel acidity. A charming, moreish wine with a light and refreshing finish.
