He is revered in his native Piedmont and has remained true to his tradition and beliefs. The Monprivato vineyard produces some of Italy s greatest Barolo and is in fact made up of three sub-varieties of Nebbiolo comprising of 30% Mich t, 45% Lampia and 25% Ros .
