A classically Casablancan Pinot Noir; brilliant ruby red with a bright cherry nose with some savoury aromas. The palate has more cherry with a natural varietal framboise tang and a refreshing green sappyness. Soft smooth tannins and good acidity combine to form a fine, persistent finish. Well suited to complex fine dishes where red meats are the focus of the dish. It is also, suited to seasoned cheese and truffles.
