It has an intense ruby-red colour, a concentrated bouquet, composed of sour black cherry, blackcurrant and soft vanilla. On the palate flavours of coffee and black fruit can be found. A fine length with very elegant and soft tannins. Moroccan spiced beef, grilled pork chops with classic barbecue sauce or steak with ham, provone and mushroom sauce can all be a wonderful match with this delicious red.
